Booking Your Courier / Vehicle

When booking, please have the following information available:

• Your account number
• Your unique reference for each booking
• The full name of the person responsible for the booking
• The full address and postcode and contact number for each delivery
• Contact number in case of any problems
• Required vehicle - Escort, Transit, Sprinter or Bike
• Approximate size and weight of the goods required to be transported
• Time required to be delivered
• Please advise of any delivery difficulties, if known

Additional Charges

The following will be applied in addition to the Same Day Tariff when applicable:

• Congestion charge
• Road toll charges
• Ferry crossing fees

Proof of Delivery

• All original proof of delivery will be available on request. Confirmation that consignment has been delivered will be sent via email at the time of courier confirmation that job is complete
• All deliveries that do not require proof of delivery must have your authorisation in writing, either faxed or emailed to the our office

Dangerous Goods
